As a fast-growing technology company based at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven, we're working with customers around the world to bring innovative technologies to market.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>To support our continued growth, we're looking for a hands-on HR Generalist who will take ownership of day-to-day HR operations, help build the HR foundation for the next phase of growth and develop alongside the organisation as it continues to evolve.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This is a visible, on-site role where being close to the team matters. You'll be building relationships, picking up what's happening across the organisation and making sure HR has real impact on the day-to-day business.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>It’s an ideal role for an HR professional with around three years of broad HR experience, who enjoys getting things organised, helping people and improving how HR works as the company grows.</span></p><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>Your role</strong></span><br><span>As HR Generalist, you'll be a visible and approachable partner for employees and managers across the organisation. By staying close to the business, you'll help create a positive employee experience while contributing to the continued development of HR at SCIL.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Be the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Manage contracts, HR administration and employee records.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Coordinate payroll, benefits and leave administration.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Support recruitment activities and work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Organise onboarding and offboarding processes.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Support performance and development processes throughout the employee lifecycle.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Ensure compliance with Dutch labour legislation and company policies.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"><span>Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance the employee experience.</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast"></p></div><div><p><span><strong>What we're looking for</strong></span><br><span>We're looking for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working across different aspects of HR and gets energy from supporting employees and managers.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>You bring:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>3-5 years of experience in a broad HR role, preferably within a start-up, scale-up, technology and/or international environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Knowledge of Dutch Labour law and HR administration.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong organisational and communication skills.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>The ability to manage multiple priorities independently.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A pragmatic, service-oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>A willingness to take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement and grow alongside a fast-growing organisation.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Fluency in Dutch and English.</span></p></li></ul><div><p></p></div><div><p><span><strong>What do we offer?</strong></span></p></div><div><p><span>At SCIL Nanoimprint, you’ll find an environment that values innovation and initiative.
