Graduation is just the beginning. Alumni gain lifetime access to our network, continued mentorship, Portfolio Days for ongoing corporate and investor introductions, and support with key hires, internationalization, and whatever else is top of your list. We actively support portfolio companies through subsequent funding rounds.

Our acceptance rate is less than 3%. We receive thousands of applications and select only the most promising deep tech startups. 85% of our deal flow comes via referrals from VCs, founders, and industry experts.

We focus on key verticals: Silicon, Data Infra, New Paradigms, AI, ML, Computer Vision, Physical AI, Privacy & Security, DevTools & DevOps.

Yes, the program is completely non-dilutive. We take zero equity. Our model is fully aligned with founder success—you keep full ownership of your company.

We accept applications from deep tech startups with IP-heavy innovations in areas like silicon/semiconductors, AI/ML, quantum computing, robotics, advanced materials, privacy tech, and related fields. Founders should be committed full-time and ideally have a technical co-founder.

We work with companies from Pre-Seed to Series B, with late Seed being our sweet spot. Ideal candidates have an institutional investor (VC, Family Office) in the cap table, a working prototype or proof of concept, early validation (technical or market), and a clear vision for their technology's impact.

We focus primarily on European-origin companies or those with significant European operations. However, we consider exceptional deep tech startups globally, especially those looking to expand into European markets.

The process includes: (1) Online application with company details, (2) Initial screening call, (3) Technical deep-dive with domain experts, (4) Team interview with partners including a 'pants-down' session to align on your biggest challenges, (5) Final selection and program OKR definition. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks.

We charge a €15,000 commitment fee to participate in the program. This fee ensures mutual commitment and helps cover program resources. The program remains non-dilutive—we take zero equity in your company.
