As we expand across 5 international locations, you will be the backbone of our People team - taking full ownership of the systems, payroll, compliance, and operational processes that keep Lace Lithography running smoothly.</span></p><p><span>You'll work across the entire employee lifecycle, helping us build the infrastructure, processes, and programs that support a high-performing and engaged team. While this role has a strong operational foundation, it offers significant scope to contribute to employee experience, performance, manager development, and strategic people initiatives as we continue to grow.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5a3fb00b-7fff-0aa5-40c9-deb6940faa0b">What You'll Do</strong></span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5a3fb00b-7fff-0aa5-40c9-deb6940faa0b">Global People Operations</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Manage and improve core people processes across the employee lifecycle</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own the end-to-end payroll administration and benefits management across all locations, partnering with local vendors and EORs (Employers of Record) where necessary</span></p></li><li><p><span>Own HR systems and data quality (incl. owning HRIS and payroll data)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support compensation, benefits, and policy administration.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Act as the main point of contact for employee relocations, visa sponsorships, and immigration processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure compliance and documentation standards are maintained.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive process automation and operational efficiency.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5a3fb00b-7fff-0aa5-40c9-deb6940faa0b">Employee Experience &amp; People Programs</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Improve onboarding and off-boarding experiences.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with talent acquisition to streamline offer generation, background checks, and pre-boarding logistics.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support performance and feedback processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partner with managers on people-related initiatives.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Help deliver engagement, culture, and learning programs.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Serve as the go-to person for team questions regarding pay, benefits, leave, and internal tools.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5a3fb00b-7fff-0aa5-40c9-deb6940faa0b">Building for Scale</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Identify opportunities to simplify and improve people processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Develop metrics and reporting that support decision-making.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in future workforce planning and organizational projects.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5a3fb00b-7fff-0aa5-40c9-deb6940faa0b">What We're Looking For</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>4+ years of dedicated experience in People Operations or HR Administration, ideally within a fast-growing tech startup.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with HRIS and people systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional organizational skills with a great attention to detail. You don't let things fall through the cracks.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to build processes in fast-changing environments.
