Working with many of the world’s largest tech companies, our solutions improve compute sustainability and tackle the excessive electricity consumption associated with data center cooling, which consumes more electricity than New York and London combined.

Ranked as the No.1 Engineering startup in Switzerland for 2025, Corintis offers a friendly and team-oriented workplace, bringing together over 105 people from over 35 nationalities to solve the most significant computing challenges of tomorrow. Based in the EPFL Campus in St. Sulpice, we are closely connected to the local ecosystem and are located a few minutes walk from Lake Geneva.

    The Role

As our Sales Operations Manager, you will own the critical transition point where a sales opportunity becomes a physical product. You will be the primary operational link between our Business Development team and our Engineering/Manufacturing teams. Your mission is to ensure that incoming purchase orders (POs) are seamlessly validated, tracked, and translated into manufacturing requirements, minimizing lead times and maximizing delivery accuracy for our global tech clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end PO lifecycle. Review incoming client orders for technical and commercial accuracy, cross-reference them against negotiated contracts/NDAs, and formally log them into our systems.

    • Act as the primary liaison between Sales and Manufacturing. Convert closed-won deals and custom PO specifications into actionable production demands for the engineering and cleanroom teams.

    • Monitor manufacturing timelines and cleanroom capacities to provide the sales team with accurate, real-time lead estimates for prospective clients.

    • Maintain and optimize our CRM data and ensure tight alignment with our manufacturing/ERP tracking systems to maintain a single source of truth from lead to delivery.

    • Partner with commercial leadership to provide manufacturing with rolling demand forecasts, allowing the production team to proactively procure raw materials and plan fabrication schedules.

    • Track order progress through the production pipeline and proactively communicate milestones, delays, or shipping logistics updates to the account managers.

    Requirements

    • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Supply Chain Operations, specifically within a B2B advanced hardware, semiconductor, or complex manufacturing environment.

    • Proven track record handling complex purchase orders, custom product configurations, and multi-week or multi-month production lifecycles.

    • Deep experience working with CRMs (HubSpot/Salesforce) and ERP/Inventory management systems; experience setting up data bridges between Sales and Operations tools is highly valued.

    • Exceptional cross-functional communication skills; ability to easily speak the language of both quota-driven sales executives and precision-focused manufacturing engineers.

    • Elite attention to detail. You rarely let a mismatched SKU, pricing error, or delivery clause slip past your review.

This Is a Great Fit If You…

    • Enjoy working in a startup environment

    • Want to build bridges between teams

    • See errors and anomalies easily

    • Want to create the rules and pioneer new technologies

This Won’t be The Right Role For You If…

    • You need all of the rules to be written for you

    • Paving the way is not something that comes naturally to you

    • Working in a fast paced environment is something of a challenge
