    The Role

    We are hiring a Senior Equipment Engineer – Wet Cleaning (f/m/d) to lead tool installation and reliability planning for our Black FabONE cleanroom facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring contamination-free wafer processing and process stability.
    The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing our wet cleaning capabilities, making a direct impact on the growth and success of our semiconductor manufacturing operations

    • Lead equipment planning, installation, and integration of wet cleaning tools

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define chemical and exhaust infrastructure

    • Guide tool evaluation, procurement, and vendor collaboration for cleaning equipment

    • Oversee installation, start-up, and qualification of cleaning tools

    • Build documentation, training procedures, and maintenance programs

    • Support yield improvement and uptime through equipment optimization

    Your Qualifications

    • Minimum 5 years of experience with wet cleaning equipment in semiconductor manufacturing

    • Proven experience with tool installation, initial fab startups, or cleanroom expansions

    • Deep technical knowledge of wet clean processes, including chemical formulation, particle removal, and surface preparation techniques

    • Familiarity with infrastructure requirements such as chemical delivery, drain systems, and ventilation/safety systems

    • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills, with attention to process and equipment stability

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support operations teams

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
